The Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (UBCS) costume as seen in Resident Evil: Apocalypse is an excellent costume and is relatively simple to recreate accurately.

The three UBCS troopers in the movie are Nicholai Ginovaef, Carlos Olivera and Yuri Loginova:

The costume consists of all real-world items apart from the flak vest which was custom made for the film.
